On June 8, 2016, the international seminar of the third session of power system dynamic monitoring group and PMU and WAMS technology hosted by the national electric power system management and information exchange standardization technical committee was successfully held in Beijing. SIFANG co-organized the parallel sessions.
Chairmen of IEC/IEEEM working group, director of power system dynamic monitoring working group and other more than 20 experts from national Grid Electric Power Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, Provincial Electric Power Company, North China Electric Power University, Tsinghua University, the well-known enterprises and research institutions attended this seminar.
During the seminar, SIFANG experts presented PMU related theme and introduced the synchronous phasor and wide area phasor measurement research, shared the experience and contribution with guests. This seminar accelerates PMU and WAMS technology product internationalization promotion. At the same time, it facilitates the integration of Chinese standard and international standard.
