In recently days, Research and Application of Smart Substation and Dispatching Technology Support System Information Exchange developed by Fujian Electric Power Company, SIFANG and Beijing Kedong Company has passed the technical appraisal.
As key project of Fujian Electric Power Company, this project is developed based on Fujian smart grid dispatching technology support system?SG-OSS?and Fujian's first 500kV smart substation Lili substation. The research result has been applied and tested in Lili substation debugging project. It firstly realizes IEC61850/MMS protocol based gateway data communication between 500kV smart substation and provincial level grid dispatching technology support system; It adopts panoramic data visualized modeling and graph drawing technology and realizes automatic modeling of panoramic CID model required by main substation; it adopts uniform data model based SCD to CIM/E mapping technology, model boundary automatic recognition technology and graph key information automatic switch technology and realizes integrated modeling of smart substation and dispatching technology support system model and graph.
The appraisal teams agrees: the project result is advanced in national level. In aspects of realization of MMS protocol based smart substation and smart grid dispatching technology support system communication and uniform data model based model switch between IEC61850 and IEC61970, it is advanced in international level. Further promotion and application is recommended.
With gradual promotion of IEC 61850 protocol in communication between substation and dispatching and control center, the research result can be widely applied and multiple levels of dispatching and control center and substation with multiple voltage grades.
